A comfortable apartment in a very quiet area
It is on the first floor of a 2-floor building with an individual entrance and a porch with barbecue and all the necessary equipment.
Description
When you walk in the apartment you see the living room with the TV (smart TV only) and comfortable couches with colorful pillows.
You also see the kitchen which is equipped with new refrigerator and a stove. It has a table and a lot of cooking and serving equipment. In the background you can find the 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Across the bedrooms is the bathroom.
On the yard you will find sunbeds where you can lie and enjoy the view, the quiet environment and the sun! You can read your book or listen to music and drink a refreshing beverage!

Guests access
Guests will have free parking in the driveway. You also have full and exclusive access to the house and the porch. The secondary yard with the sunbeds is shared between the basement and the first floor.
Notes
There is air-condition in the bedroom with cold air. You can also find spring quilts for every bed. In addition to that you can use the washing machine if needed.
* One thing you must have in mind about Kefalonia and most of the islands in Greece is that the water from the tap is not drinkable.
House Manual
• You can use the TV as “smart TV”. From the control of the TV you choose the proper “input” → “HDMI” and then you can use it as a computer (the same menu).
• In the box in the bathroom you will find anti-mosquito devices and citronella candles.
